We want you to love your Vitamin A pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are in place to qualify for a full refund.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
